A Remote Instructions Project.

What You Will Need:

• 1 person to film and collaborate with strangers in public space.

The Video:

• This video will consist of 12-20 short clips of various people “hanging” from structures in and around the city.
• Each scene or clip should be between 5 and 8 seconds.
• The performers feet must be completely off the ground.   1 inch or 10 feet.  This is up to the willingness of the performer.

Rules for Filming:

• Each clip must feature a different performer.   Various takes and attempts at different structures are ok, but only one “take” will be used in the final video.
• For each shot, the camera must be on a tripod and completely still.  The camera must never move.
• Each shot must be outdoors.

Hints:

• Work with a partner if possible.  One person to help with the collaborations.
• Find locations with people passing by or hanging out.  (no pun intended).
