About the Project:
This wall drawing was consructed "live" in accordance to the events of a MLB game played between the SF Giants and the NY Mets on May 7th, 2010.
Previous to the game, Walton created a system and material list. All material was limited to Home Depot for easy pick up.
The installation crew created the work on-site in response to the "live" broadcast at the exhibition opening. The making of this work was performative and the audience watched the event unfold.
Walton orchestrated the entire project from home and witnessed the construction via skype from his front porch while simultanously watching the game.
